What's ripe, and when

Our harvest ladders out across the warm months. Here's the rough rhythm of the season — call or email ahead and we'll tell you exactly what's ready.

Mid–Late Summer

Super sweet corn comes in across three plantings, so there's tender corn from high summer into early fall.

Late Summer

The sunflowers turn the back fields gold — beautiful to see, and the bees and birds agree.

Early Fall

Pumpkins come ripe on the east ground — for the pie, the porch, and the patch.
